Join the City of Chester, Pennsylvania Environmental Council, the Circuit Trails Coalition and the East Coast Greenway for the Highland Avenue Trail Connector groundbreaking on Tuesday, June 3, from 10-11 a.m.

The trail will provide a safe path that will reconnect Chester residents with the Delaware River waterfront and the Riverwalk trail, extend the East Coast Greenway (ECG) in Pennsylvania and connect to Route 291, which serves as the proposed ECG route throughout the remainder of the City.

The groundbreaking will take place at the intersection of Seaport Drive and Highland Ave in Chester, Pa.
