WeWalkPHL is more than just a walk in the park! It’s an experience! We strive to support and celebrate in ways we can.
Join us for another Jam and Juice!
Enjoy a few fun activities to get us moving inside/outside weather permitting, wellness discussions, good company, and sip Coach Shay’s hydrating nutritious juice as she shares healing recipes, wisdom, and inspiration to guide us as we evolve on our wellness journeys.
Pre-event We Walk Wellness Hours Jamming with Patty Jackson
Special guest radio personality and legend Patty Jackson will be joining us from 10am – 12pm!
From 10 am to 12 pm weather permitting, let’s lounge outside on the porch, in the grass under the trees in the park on the Ohio House grounds for an open ‘We Walk Wellness Hours’. Bring a lawn chair/blanket or yoga mat for comfort. We’ll have some light music, karaoke, a few games, food and cool conversations while just relaxing and feeling the breeze, and having fun! Moving activities indoors if needed.
Special thanks to Circuit Trails for providing this wonderful opportunity
